Accounts

• Accounts are created by invitation from a club administrator or coach — there is no open signup.
• Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate information, and keep your contact details current so the club can reach you.
• Tell us or your club administrator promptly if you suspect someone else is using your account.

What clubs are responsible for

• Confirming that the people they invite belong in the club.
• Obtaining parent or guardian permission for students under 18 and recording it in RalliX.
• Following their school's or district's own policies for student data and communication.
• Keeping rosters and contact information current, and removing people who leave.

Acceptable use

Don't use RalliX to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or demean anyone.
• Share another member's personal information outside the club, or use the directory for solicitation.
• Send spam, chain messages, or commercial advertising.
• Upload anything unlawful, or content you don't have the right to share.
• Attempt to access another club's data, break authentication, or probe the service for weaknesses.

Club administrators may moderate messages, and we may suspend an account or a club that violates these rules.

Messages and texts

Clubs send announcements, reminders, and updates by in-app message, email, push notification, and text. Message and data rates may apply to texts. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and START to opt back in; you can also change notification preferences in your profile. Students under 18 are not texted unless a parent has granted permission — see the privacy policy.

AI features

RalliX includes an in-app assistant, message-drafting help, and voice dictation. AI output can be wrong — check anything important before you send or act on it. Don't paste sensitive personal information (medical details, government IDs, passwords) into AI features.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give RalliX permission to store and display it for the purpose of running your club's account. We don't sell your content or use it to advertise.

Availability and changes

We work to keep RalliX available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service; features may change or be retired. If we make a significant change to these terms, we will update the date above and notify club administrators.

Disclaimer and liability

RalliX is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. RalliX is a scheduling and communication tool — it is not responsible for supervision, transportation, player safety, eligibility decisions, or anything else that happens at a practice, match, or event. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending use

You may stop using RalliX at any time and ask your club administrator to remove your account. A club may leave and request deletion of its data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put other members at risk.
